Copper Lignohumate
Copper–Lignohumate Micronutrient for Controlled Agricultural Formulation
Copper Lignohumate is a water-soluble micronutrient material combining copper with a lignohumate organic matrix. It is intended for carefully controlled agricultural formulations and other qualified uses subject to application-specific safety and regulatory review.
Micronutrient–Lignohumate Technology
Copper is essential at low levels but can become phytotoxic or accumulate when over-applied. GAC-CuLSHA therefore combines a defined copper assay with lignohumate functionality and requires responsible, analysis-based formulation.
Copper Contribution
Approximately 3% total copper in the standard grade.
Low Insoluble Matter
Maximum 1% water-insoluble matter.
Controlled Use
Designed for specification-led formulation and documented application.
Product Characteristics
- High dry matter for transport and formulation.
- Minimum 55% lignohumate content.
- Maximum 7% moisture.
- Standardized micronutrient grade with batch COA support.
- Powder or granule form with low water-insoluble matter.

Applications
Agricultural Fertilizers
For controlled foliar or irrigation micronutrient formulation trials.
Organic-Mineral Blends
Copper-containing organic component for qualified fertilizer systems.
Soil Nutrition Programs
For confirmed copper-deficiency programs based on analysis.
Regulated Feed Formulation
Only where specifically permitted and validated under local feed regulations.
Application Development
| Application Route | Development Requirement |
|---|---|
| Foliar development | Establish crop-safe concentration through controlled trials. |
| Irrigation systems | Confirm solubility, filtration, pH and precipitation risk. |
| Dry fertilizer blends | Verify assay uniformity and prevent segregation. |
| Feed formulation | Use only under applicable legal limits and professional formulation control. |
No universal field rate is stated. Final concentration and application rate require crop, soil, water-quality, compatibility, regulatory and field validation.
Technical Considerations
- Copper can cause phytotoxicity when over-applied.
- Review soil copper background, crop sensitivity, residues and accumulation risk.
- Confirm compatibility with phosphates, calcium sources and process water.
- Do not infer medical, disease-treatment or universal animal-performance claims from ingredient composition.
Quality Control
Release controls include identity, appearance, dry matter, moisture, total total copper, lignohumate, sulphate and water-insoluble matter where specified. Batch identification and retained QC records support supply consistency.
Technical Documentation
Product Documents
TDS, specification, SDS and packaging specification.
Batch Documents
Certificate of Analysis, batch identification and traceability.
Project Support
Samples, compatibility review, pilot trials and export documents.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging
- 25 kg woven bag with polyethylene inner liner.
- Custom export packaging available by agreement.
Storage
- Store sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated area.
- Protect from moisture, sunlight and incompatible materials.
- Reseal opened bags promptly.
- Shelf life: 24 months in unopened original packaging under recommended conditions.
Safety and Regulatory Use
Avoid excessive exposure or application; copper dosage, residues and legal limits require strict control. Consult the current SDS and applicable fertilizer, feed or industrial regulations before use.
