Potassium Lignohumate Granules
Granular Potassium Humate Technology for Soil and Base-Fertilizer Programs
Potassium Lignohumate Granules are a granular soil-conditioning and fertilizer-formulation material developed from humic substances and lignin-derived organics. The grade supplies potassium while supporting base-fertilizer blending, soil-structure programs and nutrient-use-efficiency development.
Product Technology
GAC-KLHA-G integrates potassium, lignohumate and fulvic components in a robust granular form for dry blending and soil application programs.
Granular Delivery
Free-flowing granules for dry blending and soil-oriented fertilizer processes.
Potassium Contribution
Minimum 6% K₂O on a dry basis.
Lignohumate Matrix
Minimum 75% lignohumate with a defined fulvic-acid component.
Product Characteristics
- Granular form suitable for base-fertilizer blending.
- Combines potassium with humic-lignin functionality.
- Supports soil buffering and nutrient-retention objectives.
- Designed for dry application rather than complete liquid dissolution.
- Standardized grade with batch COA support.
Technical Properties
Product standard: GAC-KLHA-G · Form: Black shining granules
| Parameter | Typical Specification |
|---|---|
| Appearance | Black shining granules |
| Water solubility | ≥ 50% |
| Lignohumate content | ≥ 75% |
| Potassium (K₂O, dry basis) | ≥ 6.0% |
| Fulvic acids (dry basis) | ≥ 1.0% |
| pH | 9-10 |
Values represent the standard commercial grade for technical evaluation. Final acceptance criteria and batch results are governed by the approved specification, contract and shipment Certificate of Analysis.
Applications
Base Fertilizer Blends
Granular organic-potassium component for compound and bulk-blended fertilizers.
Soil Conditioners
For programs targeting soil structure, buffering and nutrient retention.
Organic-Mineral Fertilizers
For combining mineral nutrients with humic and lignin-derived organics.
Granular Nutrient Programs
For soil-oriented blends where granule handling is required.
Application and Formulation Guidance
| Application | Development Guidance |
|---|---|
| Base-fertilizer blending | Match granule size and bulk density; verify segregation resistance. |
| Compound fertilizer | Test thermal and mechanical compatibility. |
| Soil conditioner | Set inclusion according to soil analysis and organic-matter target. |
| Direct soil programs | Establish field rate through local agronomic validation. |
Guidance is intended for laboratory or pilot development. Verify compatibility, process conditions, regulatory status and end-use performance before commercial use.
Technical Considerations
- This grade is only partially water-soluble and is not presented as a fully soluble fertigation product.
- Confirm granule-size compatibility in bulk blends.
- Review soil pH, salinity and total potassium contribution.
- Validate application rates through agronomic trials.
Product Development Options
- Grade and specification alignment for the intended process.
- Particle form and size requirements.
- Solubility, dispersibility and pH targets where feasible.
- Private-label, export packaging and documentation requirements.
Quality Control
Production and release controls cover raw-material identity, appearance, key active components, dry matter, pH, solubility or insoluble matter, and other grade-specific parameters. Batch identification and retained QC records support supply consistency.
Technical Documentation
Product Documents
TDS, product specification, SDS and packaging specification.
Batch Documents
Certificate of Analysis, batch identification and traceability information.
Project Support
Samples, compatibility review, pilot-trial discussion and export documentation.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging
- 25 kg woven bag with polyethylene liner.
- 500 kg or 600 kg FIBC for qualified bulk programs.
- Custom packaging available by agreement.
Storage
- Store sealed in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
- Protect from moisture, sunlight and incompatible materials.
- Reseal opened packaging promptly.
- Standard shelf life: 24 months in unopened original packaging under recommended conditions.
Safety and Handling
Use suitable gloves and eye protection, minimize airborne dust and provide appropriate ventilation. Consult the current Safety Data Sheet before use or transportation.
