Ammonium Lignohumate

Nitrogen-Enriched Humic–Lignin Material for Fertilizer and Soil Programs

Ammonium Lignohumate is a nitrogen-containing lignin–humic material developed for agricultural formulations. It combines an ammonium nutrient contribution with lignin-derived organic functionality for spray-fertilizer development, irrigation-fertilizer systems, base fertilizers and soil-conditioner programs.

Product Technology

The product is designed to bring nitrogen, lignosulfonate-derived functionality and a humic component into one water-dispersible agricultural input. It can be evaluated where nutrient retention, soil interaction and formulation compatibility are required together.

Nitrogen Contribution

Minimum 5% nitrogen for fertilizer formulation development.

Organic Functional Matrix

Lignin-derived and humic components support soil- and nutrient-oriented product design.

Agricultural Flexibility

Suitable for assessment in powder blends, base fertilizers and compatible irrigation or spray systems.

Product Characteristics

  • Nitrogen-enriched lignohumate composition.
  • High dry matter for efficient transport and formulation.
  • Low water-insoluble matter for dispersible agricultural systems.
  • Alkaline pH profile suitable for controlled formulation development.
  • Standardized powder grade with batch COA support.

Applications

Base Fertilizers

Organic nitrogen and lignin–humic input for powder or granular base-fertilizer programs.

Irrigation Fertilizers

For compatible water-dispersible formulations after solubility and tank-mix verification.

Spray Fertilizer Development

For technically validated foliar or spray-fertilizer systems.

Soil Conditioners

For formulations targeting nutrient retention, organic components and soil interaction.

Organic-Mineral Blends

For combining mineral nutrients with a functional organic matrix.

Application and Formulation Guidance

ApplicationDevelopment Guidance
Base fertilizer blendsEstablish dosage through nutrient balance, granulation and field-performance trials.
Irrigation formulationsConfirm full-system solubility, filtration, pH and compatibility before use.
Spray systemsConduct crop-safety, concentration, nozzle and tank-mix testing.
Soil conditionersDefine inclusion level according to organic-matter target and local agronomy.

Suggested ranges are laboratory or pilot starting points, not universal application rates. Verify compatibility, process conditions and end-use performance before commercial use.

Technical Considerations

  • Confirm compatibility with calcium, phosphate and concentrated micronutrient sources.
  • Check pH and water quality before use in liquid or irrigation systems.
  • Do not treat laboratory solubility as proof of universal fertigation suitability.
  • Determine final dosage through crop-specific agronomic validation.

Product Development Options

  • Specification alignment for the intended industrial or agricultural process.
  • Powder, flake or granule form and particle-size requirements.
  • Solubility, dispersibility and pH targets where technically feasible.
  • Private-label, export packaging and documentation requirements.

Quality Control

Production and release controls cover raw-material identity, appearance, key active components, dry matter, pH, solubility or insoluble matter, and other grade-specific parameters. Batch identification and retained QC records support supply consistency.

Technical Documentation

Product Documents

TDS, product specification, SDS and packaging specification.

Batch Documents

Certificate of Analysis, batch identification and traceability information.

Project Support

Samples, compatibility review, pilot-trial discussion and export documentation.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging

  • 25 kg woven bag with inner liner.
  • 500 kg or 600 kg FIBC available by agreement.
  • Custom export packaging available according to project requirements.

Storage

  • Store sealed in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
