Product Technology

The grade combines six water-soluble trace elements with minimum 50% lignohumate in one standardized powder. It supports multi-deficiency formulation concepts while requiring crop, water-quality and compatibility validation.

Six-Element Profile

Defined Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Mo and B composition.

Low Insoluble Matter

Maximum 0.5% water-insoluble matter.

Lignohumate Matrix

Minimum 50% lignohumate for organic-mineral formulation.

Product Characteristics

  • Water-soluble black powder.
  • High dry matter and controlled moisture.
  • Balanced multi-micronutrient composition.
  • Suitable for complete fertilizer development.
  • Batch COA and traceability support.

Applications

Foliar Fertilizer Development

For multi-element foliar concepts after crop-safety trials.

Irrigation Fertilizers

For compatible filtered systems after water and precipitation testing.

Soil Micronutrient Programs

For multiple deficiency programs based on soil and tissue analysis.

Complete Fertilizer Blends

For powder or compound formulations requiring trace-element enrichment.

Application Development

Application RouteDevelopment Requirement
Foliar formulationVerify crop safety, concentration, pH and tank-mix compatibility.
Irrigation systemsConfirm filtration, precipitation and water-quality compatibility.
Dry blendsVerify assay uniformity and segregation control.
Soil applicationEstablish rates from soil, tissue and regulatory analysis.

No universal field rate is stated. Establish final dosage through compatibility, process, regulatory, crop, soil and field validation.

Technical Considerations

  • Do not assume every crop requires all six elements at the same ratio.
  • Include every micronutrient in the final label and legal-limit review.
  • Copper, boron and molybdenum require especially careful dosage control.
  • Water solubility does not replace full tank-mix testing.

Quality Control

Release controls cover appearance, pH, dry matter, insoluble matter, individual water-soluble micronutrients, lignohumate and moisture.

Technical Documentation

Product Documents

TDS, product specification, SDS and packaging specification.

Batch Documents

Certificate of Analysis, batch identification and traceability.

Project Support

Samples, compatibility review, pilot trials and export documentation.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging
