Calcium Lignohumate Granules

Granular Calcium–Lignohumate Soil Conditioner for Fertility Programs

Calcium Lignohumate Granules are a soil-applied granular material combining a calcium-containing salt fraction with lignohumate-related organic functionality. The grade is developed for soil conditioners, base fertilizers and granular fertility programs.

PRODUCT STANDARD

GAC-CaLSHA-G

≥ 50%Water solubility
≥ 50%Lignosulfonate
≥ 7%Total salt
pH 9–10Typical range

Product Technology

The product is designed for dry blending and direct soil-oriented programs where granule handling, partial water solubility and organic-mineral functionality are required together.

Granular Delivery

Suitable for dry blending and soil application.

Partial Solubility

Minimum 50% water solubility; not presented as fully soluble.

Organic Matrix

Minimum 50% lignosulfonate-related content.

Product Characteristics

  • Black granular form.
  • Suitable for base-fertilizer and soil-conditioner blends.
  • Defined alkaline pH range.
  • Partial-solubility profile for soil use.
  • Batch COA and technical documentation support.

Applications

Soil Conditioners

For granular programs targeting soil structure and fertility.

Base Fertilizer Blends

For dry compound and bulk-blended fertilizers.

Organic-Mineral Fertilizers

For combined mineral and lignin-humic functionality.

Granular Soil Programs

For field applications requiring robust handling.

Application Development

Application RouteDevelopment Requirement
Dry blendingMatch particle size and density; verify segregation resistance.
Compound fertilizerTest thermal and mechanical compatibility.
Soil conditionerSet inclusion from soil analysis and formulation targets.
Direct soil useValidate field rate under local crop and soil conditions.

No universal field rate is stated. Establish final dosage through compatibility, process, regulatory, crop, soil and field validation.

Technical Considerations

  • The grade is partially soluble and is not a fully soluble fertigation material.
  • The TDS states total salt rather than elemental calcium; do not represent it as a guaranteed calcium assay.
  • Confirm soil pH, salinity and total nutrient balance.
  • Validate granule integrity and blending uniformity.

Quality Control

Release controls cover appearance, pH, water solubility, total salt, lignosulfonate-related content and batch identity.

Technical Documentation

Product Documents

TDS, product specification, SDS and packaging specification.

Batch Documents

Certificate of Analysis, batch identification and traceability.

Project Support

Samples, compatibility review, pilot trials and export documentation.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging
